Tape Recovery can be challenging and time consuming but sometimes it is the only way to get back valuable data. It may be possible to retrieve data from tapes damaged by fire, water, chemical or other physical problems as well as those 'digitally' damaged by deletion, overwriting or virus attack.

A common requirement is to recover server backups and/or EDB (Email Database) files. From these EDB files it may then be possible to recover any corrupted mailboxes that may be present.

We can process all the main tape types, including Travan, DAT, Exabyte, AIT, DLT and LTO Ultrium and the main backup formats including Windows Backup, Backup Exec, CA Arcserve, Veritas Netbackup, EMC Legato Networker, Commvault Galaxy ,IBM Tivoli Storage Manager and Ultrabak.
